Consulting Services

i2i Education Consulting works with education leaders to navigate change, champion challenge, and grow professionally.  By helping leaders effectively embrace change and lean into that which is hard, i2i aims to enable professional and personal growth, transforming intention to impact.   

i2i supports leadership development, visioning, strategic planning, team building, talent development, communication, and more.   The timing and length of consultations will depend on clients' needs and will be determined in partnership with each school or education leader.   The format of consultations (on site, video call) will vary.

Balanced Coaching

From individual professional growth to turning challenge into opportunity, i2i Education Consulting supports administrators and teacher leaders with coaching, mentoring, and thought partnership.  

i2i Education Consulting focuses on developing leadership that will pave the way for real change, transforming intention to impact.    Depending on client needs, leadership coaching can be individual or team-focused, on site or via video call.  Length and number of meetings will vary according to each client's needs.

Empowering Women Leaders

While the panorama of gender equality in education leadership is slowly changing, we still have a long way to go.  According to Equality Can't Wait, it will take 208 years to achieve gender equality in the United States (The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, 2019).

Real, lasting change requires everyone be on board.  If our real goal is educating for the future and our real clients are young people, then gender should not be a barrier when the best leadership is needed.  Few professions are as immensely rewarding and challenging at the same time as education leadership.  Women present a unique set of leadership qualities and as a result, they also face some distinctive challenges.    i2i Education Consulting works with women on developing their own authentic leadership styles, empowering them be at their best.   i2i will create personalized plans for working with women leaders or aspiring leaders in education.   Contact Kim to set up an initial consultation.  Together we can decide what support - coaching, mentoring or consulting - will best serve your needs.

i2i Education Consulting was founded by Kim Cullen, an American citizen, raised in Sao Paulo, Dallas and Madrid. ​  A "third culture kid", Kim has spent more than three-quarters of her life outside her passport country and her entire professional career in international education.

A thoughtful and committed educator with twenty-three years of experience in international education, Kim's work as a school administrator is guided by her experience as a counselor and Dean of Students, and reflects her profound belief in a school as a safe place for both students and adults to find their best strengths and capacity. Her professional profile is comprehensive, with experience in teaching, counseling, administration, development and alumni relations, communications and marketing, event management, and accreditation.
